Cecilia Marfo and her church jam to ‘Washawasay’ As They welcomed 2022 [Watch]

The Award-winning Gospel musician, Cecilia Marfo hosted one of the many church events last year.

Cecilia Marfo is one of the best Gospel musicians Ghana has seen, because of the hard work she has been able to bag some awards throughout her career. She went global after dropping a video singing a popular English Gospel Song.

Cecilia Marfo Worship Conference Center made history by holding a watch night service at Afienya Mataheko in Accra, many people were there to enjoy her powerful voice.

She sang so many songs at night but the one that was the highlight of the event was how the viral “Washawasay” song dominated the church service.

This afternoon Ghnewslive spotted a video from the service and the song which was played through a major part of the crossover service was the washawasay. The atmosphere extra charged when the clock turned into a new year.

The gospel artiste cum church leader and her members could obviously not hold back their joy in entering the new year, and they happily expressed it by singing away their hearts as the viral song played.
