Josephine Panyin for some time now has been the topic of discussion after her kidnapping issue made waves in Ghana. We can testify that this issue is now becoming a National concern discussed on almost every platform.

The Suspect Josephine Panyin was arrested and was later bailed. She was dated to reappear before the Takoradi Circuit Court Today on the 14th of October, 2021.

The court presided by His Honor Michael Cudjoe Ampadu has adjourned the case to November 11, 2021. The Suspect Josephine Panyin was represented by her lawyer Philip Fiifi Buckman.

In their first appearance in court, Josephine pleaded not guilty to the charges of deceiving a public officer and false publication with intent to cause fear and panic.

In all the court hearing didn’t go through as the prosecution team could not fetch the court the full document they would rely on for judgment and the substantive prosecutor could not appear before the court today.
