A 26-year-old woman has been arrested as a prime suspect for her involvement in the sad death of her husband.
On May 9, 2020, It is also alleged that the deceased’s wife attempted to kill him by food poisoning but the victim survived.
The man survived after being rushed to the hospital and later discharged. The man was sadly reportedly shot and killed by the suspect who made his death looks like a farm attack a few months ago.

One Patricia Lee Smith was detained on October 27, 2020. This 23-year-old female suspect was a lesbian girlfriend of the 26-year-old widow. She was detained as part of an ongoing investigation by the South African Police Service and she was later granted bail.

On Friday, August 13, 2021, the two suspects are supposed to testify in the Groblersdal Magistrate’s Court on allegations of murder. Collaboration to commit murder, possession of an unauthorized firearm and ammunition, attempted to murder, and also defeating the ends of justice.
